Restringing Policy

If your juzu was purchase in the past 2 months and has broken...there will be no charge to restring it and ship it back to you.  It is obvious that there is a technical problem such as a "bad bead" got past me, or some other error on my part.  MY BAD! Dispite all my efforts to weed out bad beads, one gets past me now and then.  Contact me if your juzu has broken and we'll discuss the situation.

I have to share with you of what the Pioneer Women use to tell me, ...."If your juzu beads break...it is a sign that you have had a break-thru in your life and practice!"  Good for you!  I always remember this when I am analyzing broken juzu and can't find a reason for them to of broken.

If your juzu should break after the first 2 months, there is a $50.00 restringing fee which includes shipping, $65.00 for JUMBO juzu which also includes shipping, on domestic shipping.   Contact me about Internation repairs.

Remember, rubbing your juzu will cause the strings to break!!!   DO NOT RUB!!

No, I cannot restring juzu purchased in our SGI bookstores.  It's all about the size of the bead hole and string.  On Gemstones and Fresh Water Pearls, the holes are very small so I use extremely strong string designed to fit those holes.  On our SGI juzu, the beads are specially made with larger holes to facilitate the cord used to string them on.  The two sizes are not interchangeable.  And I do not deal with the fuzzy balls.  Sorry!

I know many members have a really special juzu that has broken, in a baggy, in their alter tables.  These juzu were not created to be restrung.  My best advise is to string the beads and wear them as a necklace to keep that special feeling they provide you.
